Organization Management

Click the Organization button from the Dashboard to access your organization's management page.

Overview Cards

At the top of the page, four cards display key metrics:

CardDescription
Billing ModeCurrent billing mode (paygo or prepaid)
Active MembersNumber of members with active status
Pending ApprovalsNumber of users waiting for approval
Credits BalanceAvailable credits for prepaid billing

Tabs

The organization management page has three tabs:

Members Tab

Manage your organization's users:

  • View and approve pending membership requests
  • Add new members by invitation
  • Edit member roles and track assignments
  • Suspend, reactivate, or remove members
  • Reset member passwords

Usage Tab

Monitor resource consumption over time:

  • Summary cards: Total CPU hours, Memory GB-hours, Credits used, Run count
  • Charts: Visual representation of usage over time
  • Filters: Adjust granularity (hourly/daily/weekly) and time period
  • Billing info: Current billing mode and credits balance

Settings Tab

Configure your organization:

  • General Settings: Organization name
  • Registration Settings: Auto-activation and default tracks for new members
  • Run Settings: Default TTL for labs
